SPK is a shortcut of Sa Puoromean Kampuchea ( News Agency of Kampuchea), a Photo Production Department under Ministry of Information in 1980.
Year 1985
SPK was known as the Professional Photo Enterprise among local and foreign journalists, movie stars, students and government officers.
Year 1990 - Present
Because of Cambodia opens its door to the rest of world; we have started a mini hotel with 28 rooms in 1990. With a rapid growth of tourist arrival and business travellers, we started to extend the hotel to 78 rooms in year 2003. Today, we are working to upgrade the facilities and service to meet the international standard and rate as one stop service center in Phnom Penh. http://www.mittapheaphotel.com .

With the growth of economy lifestyle and traditional costume. SPK has started to provide the Gown, Traditional Dress and Costume Rental Services to all wedding couples in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
